Small team of core ministers, with a secondary ring of ministers. Still small compared to JT cabinet.

Seems like he’s setting up a corporate management structure with an inner C suite and an outer set of ministry managers.

Has anyone structured the cabinet like this before?

Not sure, but if it's anything like corporate structure they should just do without the C-Suite and stick to the rest of the workers.

There's a reason why the executive suite is a C-
