That solves nothing. Much of what Russia receives is done via other countries like the UAE.

then what is your argument. because i don't have another way to interpret "ceasing all trade with russia does nothing when uae still trades with them"
I'd go after the fronts in Europe and shipping to "neutral" countries like the UAE. If journalists like those of The Insider can routinely uncover the shell companies, then so can the Western intelligence agencies.
