Well before they could replace 15 tanks a day and even more, now it's 1 new + potentially a couple refurbished ones. The refurbished are in a totally disastrous state according to analysts like Perun (if I'm not mistaking, the guy counting tanks in storage). Other sources claim that they have no barrels left to repair the old tanks with, so they convert them to BTRs.
That's "running out" of the enormous old soviet stockpiles if you want.
Soon BTRs are going to run out too, it's already on a downward trend. With the lack they use civilian cars and trucks instead which we can see on the battlefield.
Russia is losing artillery at incredible rates as well. That's the one I keep looking at to decline.
When those go down and stay down, it's time for Ukraine to plan a major offensive. .
With the SAAB AWACS and more fighter jets!
Lets hope.
