How come Republicans can break any laws they want and obstruct everything Democrats try to accomplish when they're out of power, but Democrats are powerless to inhibit Trump even slightly?
I know it's just a meme, but that's how it is. Meanwhile, democrats can't do a single thing without half or more of the party getting up in arms

Because MAGA and co are doing things that are unprecedented. And when democrats try to do anything, not only are they strong armed by MAGA, but the people thelat are supposedly on their side complain that it's never good enough.
It's literally impossible for Democrats to win when one side hails one person as king and the other can't even decide on who may possibly be good enough to think about doing the right thing

If we had someone who was willing to do unprecedented things to fulfill their campaign promises I think we would follow them.
Instead, when Democrats win they are unable to do anything because of Republican obstruction, yet when Republicans win Democrats are unable to stop them. It's literally impossible for Democrats to win when they aren't even trying.

Trump voters voted for him because they love him, not because they vote red no matter who.

Most everyone voting for Harris wanted the genocide to end. And we would have had the leverage after the election to make change. Especially if you guy would join our side and help be that positive change. Guarantee we would have backed you as nobody wants to see dead babies.

He gets a pass because he wants the same things and they like the things he does. The fact that they're getting their faces eaten by leopards is a price they're willing to pay, because ultimately what they want is to hurt people. It's grievance politics, their political dreams only revolve around revenge.
Democrats want different things. If Democrats had a candidate that wanted the same stuff as the base and did stuff the base liked, they'd be popular too.
And what did the Party do?
They sabotaged their only popular candidate in the 2016 and 2020 primaries, and Democrats were forced to vote for a candidate they didn't like to stop the Republican. It worked in 2020 because of COVID, but without a national crisis it's not possible for Democrats to win this way.
It's the Party's fault. Place blame where it belongs.
Y'all said the same shit about Biden in 2020 and it wasn't true. They already got our votes. All of our leverage was gone.
Once they win they can tell us to pound sand.
