Would you consider linking to !fedigrow@lemm.ee and !reddit@lemmy.world in the sidebar? Fedigrow has similar aims, and monitoring Reddit provides useful insight on where to expect (or recruit :) new users from.
Spaduf hasn't been here for the last few months. I asked @poVoq@slrpnk.net to make my alt a mod (https://slrpnk.net/post/17636445/13658180 ), let's see how it goes.
Not exactly, Fedigrow is about internal growth (communities, consolidation), this one is more about external promotion
Spaduf seems to have been active as of a few days ago, so not sure why it needs my involvement?

Since Spaduf is not really inactive I would prefer to wait for their feedback or own action in this matter.

Probably the best choice. We've been talking about the idea of a second mod since despite him being active, it's only a comment every couple of days or a text in matrix room. Though let's see what he has to say.
