The classrooms are eight meters underground. Most of the funds for the construction, 70 million UAH, were allocated by the Taiwanese government. Another 10 million were from the city budget.

By the end of the year, the city government plans to build five more such schools.

Gotta learn some languages. English is very easy to learn. Short words, small set of characters, not too many irregularities, etc.. Will always be my favorite.
