It’s not cognitive dissonance. They are antisemites. They hate Jews. They want to replace Judaism with Zionism. They have always allied with western, Christian antisemites because that’s who they want to be too. They have always carried water for literal Nazis while trampling and killing actual Jews (both figuratively and literally). The idea that they have any feelings for Jewish people is pure propaganda. The mask for propaganda on this is slipping more than it ever has before so we need to be careful not to insinuate that there is genuine care for Jewish or marginalized people anywhere in their ideology.
