There is a lot of reaching in these comments saying it's not this guy and acting like he's a idolized hero. He has the gun, the clothes, the eye brows, facial features, his movements were tracked, manifesto like come on. He made a ton of mistakes along the way. Accept it. Its LIKELY he got caught.
