I think he will never set foot in jail, the u.s government won't allow it. He'll be pardoned, or at the very best he'll be convicted but will spend the rest of his life appealing, until he dies by big Mac overdose

If the president could pardon state level crimes, I could see Joe Biden pardoning Donald Trump in order to "let the nation heal"

And Trump would thank him by calling him "No Go Joe" and demanding that second amendment people do something about him.
