That doesn't sound good for the eyes.

Sometimes I have to remind myself to hold my phone further away from my face, or lean back in my chair if I'm getting too sucked in.

If anything trying to make out fine detail on a TV screen that is far away sounds bad for the eyes, not having the screen as close as a regular PC screen.
