No, you are putting words into your mouth. People are telling you what the words you are putting into your mouth mean and what the consequences are.
Take the feedback. Or leave it.
Either way, you are responsible for your actions.
We can all see your comments and they are very insensitive. I wouldn’t have banned you over them but I see why a hexbear mod would.
When my home instance was defederated from hexbear (you can’t fire us, we quit!), it was like someone turned off a noisy fan that had been bothering you for days. It’s the best thing that ever happened to us.
That said, I come to Lemmy.ee once in a while to see what’s going on in the wider fediverse, so I’m ok with you guys starting federated with everyone as long you can stand it. As long as I do 99% of my browsing somewhere else.
