This sounds like it would be fraud, bribery, or embezzlement if one of us was caught doing it.

There was a time when I thought Gillibrand was good people but that was a long time ago.

It's not like this is actually going to effect him or anyone in his circle anyway.

It's because people associate colons with butt holes.

Researchers concluded that two 86 million-year-old skeletons they studied belonged to a species that is now the closest known ancestor of all tyrannosaurs - the group of predators that includes the iconic T.rex.

TIL that not all tyrannosauruses are "T.rex's". This evidence supports the Voth distant origin theory.

Lay-z-boy might be worth a look. I don't have a couch but I have several reclining chairs. They've all held up well for 10 years and then some.

Yeah, the headline is true but wages need to rise to do anything about it, short of UBI which I personally think is unlikely in the US. I think we obviously need a new minimum wage that a person can actually live on, but I would take it a step further. I think it should be tied to market cap. In other words, the bigger the corporation, the higher their minimum wage bracket becomes. This would give some advantage to small, community owned businesses too.

Seems overdue but I notice they don't mention how likely it is to pass. I'll be pleasantly surprised if this becomes law.
