It's the best office suite for Linux, I just think MS office is a better product. Maybe I'm wrong and it would be great if I was more competent with it.

Yeah that's fair. I'm very into hotkeys and macros to speed up my workflow, so the browser doesn't do it for me.

I do main Linux (OpenSUSE Tumbleweed), but its not a machine I use for doing serious work.

Microsoft office suite? Adobe, most DAWs. PCVR.

There are alternatives for some of these things. IMO libreoffice is good, but buggy compared to the MS office suite.

Looking forward to putting this on my Isthereanydeal waitlist for the 75% off barrier. Genuinely one of the top games of my teen years when it came out, but $50 USD is a bit much for such an old game.

Hahaha please let this be the official term.

Valve were really smart with the hardware selection. Pointless to put FHD resolution into a 7 inch screen size, means better performance and battery.

Yeah that's fair. I caved for the LCD and again the oled. Have probably overpaid $650 all up over the last 18 months but its a great device.

We should lock up every CEO that oversaw this situation, not even the original ones who created the problem or the current CEO. They get paid so much money, they should be the ones taking on those risks and cleaning things up if the companies aren't operating within the law.

They're not hard to get, but you would pay $1200 AUD instead of $899 which is the retail for the 512GB OLED, for example.

If they can land this one, it would buy them a lot of good will. Just keep the monetisation people away from it..

Just wanted to shout out this piece of software.

I've been time poor lately and the ps5 has been gathering dust in my office. Streaming onto the deck has been a godsend, as I'm not tied into locking myself away from the family to play a game. Bit of a hassle to set up but so handy once it's been added as a non-steam game.

Just wondering what a rough split is of people using either Usenet, torrents, or both?

I've only just discovered Usenet and while it is paid, it is very cheap and much more convenient than torrents.

Using torrents as well with the *arr suite set up for my various Linux ISOs.

Seen a few times bazzite has been mentioned, but just have seen another user say they have OpenSUSE installed.

I'm not sure what the benefits of these options are, especially non-steamOS ISOs?

I see it referenced constantly here, not quite as much on Reddit. I know what it means, but just wondering why such the popularity over on this side of the fence?
