I should have put it inside the post text but I used a wrong value inside a test

shutil.remove_tree(BASE_DIR) instead of shutil.remove_tree(TEMP_DIR) inside of tear down code

To push daily and to not write test :P

also removed .git

As the title says. I put the wrong value inside a clean up code and I wiped everything. I did not push any important work. I just want to cry but at least I can offer it to you.

Do not hesitate to push even if your project is in a broken state.

I don't think so. Our gendarmerie is running a Linux distro since 10ish years, but the National Police is planning to change all the computers for windows 11. They are doing almost the same thing but there is a painful difference in Microsoft's ass licking

Saddly, Macron is fucking everyone and helping far right to grow. Also, look for nestlé and Élysée. They are fucking corrupt too

I'd say two things :

  • more enshitifcation of private companies
  • more progress in libre and open source software (fediverse, desktop Linux, even desktop freebsd)
  • I wish Europe could become a greater sponsor of OSS instead of always buying American software that can't respect GDPR

In France we have a possibility to get tutored to get more experience before passing the exam. It is basically driving with your parents or people with more than 3 years without accident. If your parents can find time to do some tutoring it could help. I remember how I could feel out of control but having my parents next to me was an insurance that someone was monitoring the traffic and pedestrians around and could tell me to brake if I was focused on something else.

I still find it crazy that basic ID in the USA is not mainstream. In France you have one as soon as you are born (and you need it or password for all national exam).

I went through an upgrade from 5 2600 to 7 5700X3d, so on a b450 from MSI. My guess is that if you are already on a ryzen 5000 it should be easy. If in doubt, try to upgrade your BIOS as much as possible before swapping

Hey people ! How do you do ? I am posting because in recent time I had troubles with easyeffects. The UI is buggy such as frequent crash when adding effects, it's impossible to save any preset and the input fields are buggy (I also can't type anything in them). Am I the only one or is it more spread ? (I installed via pacman and have trouble on tumbleweed too but less)

Edit: It appears that only some input fields on some modules (like frequency settings for the filter module or the bass enhancer) are buggy and it is a pain in the ass to setup the frequency from text files as once I save them they disappear from easyeffects. I tried easyeffects 7.2.0, flatpak but still buggy. I guess I will wait for the qt rewrite and hope that those bugs are only from the UI

Hi people. I am running pihole under podman and its dedicated system account on my NAS. Now, from the NAS, I get a connection refused on ip.of.the.nas:53 but everywhere else in my network, pihole works perfectly. To run pihole as a rootless container, i made it listen on 1053 and I have a firewall redirection from 53 to 1053 for both udp and tcp. Any pointer to where (and how) I can debug this ?

Edit: Small precision about my current setup : ISP router (so I can't really do anything on it) and NAS running opensuse leap

Hello everyone, I have some questions and need food for thought about clamAV. First, do you use it and why ? If yes, how are you running it ? I plan to maybe use it for nextcloud (and *arr stack later)
