There should be a horror spin off with Willie Wonka long gone, the Chocolate factory abandoned, and Oompa Loompas going feral. A group of young adults exploring the abandoned factory come to realize that, every time they hear the "Oopa Loompa Song", one in their group is doomed. They lyrics of the verse provide clues as to who it's going to be.
"Plutocracy" is the term for "Financial Oligarchy" BTW. Worth knowing the term if you live in the U.S. since that's kinda what we have here these days :/
Those are the two I'm most familiar with in my profession, at least as far as civilian authorities are concerned. Can't really say "no" and, I'm pretty sure neither can you. On the other hand, feel free to prove me wrong with a counter example. :)

In the aviation world, an experimental aircraft may not be used for "compensation or hire". The only exception is that a kitplane manufacturer is allowed to give demo flights.
