Bird is Bored of Flying, by Mastersystem, is the best soundtrack for falling into a depressive haze. Death Dream and Loneliness and the Scream by Frightened Rabbit, who shares the lead singer above, are also incredible. Music can keep the void from growing, and let you sort of float atop it.
NewPipe is the MVP. my partner played a link on regular YT the other day and there were five ads for a ~20 minute video. absolutely disgusting.
clove oil, babes. you can buy cloves and coconut oil at the dollar store. dump em both into a pot, simmer on low for a few hours. strain and pop into a container. it'll solidify, so you can just swipe a chunk and tip it across your gums and into any applicable holes. not as good as the distilled stuff, but it's kinda hard to make that yourself without the proper equipment.
as a Norse pagan, i want to kick every last one of these freaks in the dick. we need to work even harder to get these braindead removed away from our spaces. a reminder to all our other pagan friends: if you let a cockroach into your home, it will nest.
it's an extremely good podcast, plus they lost their sources so if you're interested in a specific part, you can read up on it. i will say that some of the episodes are hard to get through. dark humor can only help so much, lol. but it's a great way to learn stuff you might not have been exposed to. if you're interested in that, you also might like Blowback. first season is the Iraq War, second is the unofficial US war with Cuba.

Meclizine
Meclizine is an antiemetic that works far better than Dramamine, imo. You can find chewable tablets, but it's far cheaper and more efficient to just get the pills. I get migraines + have IBS, so I'm constantly nauseous. (And have emetophobia, so I'll do anything I can to avoid it.) It doesn't make you drowsy like Dramamine might, either.
this and a prodigious use of your block button. you don't owe anyone the right to talk to you like a jerk. and even more, you curate your online space. vibes are off? you're allowed to block people. even if they haven't said anything to you specifically. if someone is the sort of person you would never want to be around IRL, why allow them in your space online?
