Does buying the book give you license to digitise it?

Does owning a digital copy of the book give you license to convert it into another format and copy it into a database?

Definitions of "Ownership" can be very different.

Private banks should mean they can fail without the government stepping in.

Beyond the services of a basic checking account and ability to send money, banking should be private.

The US army is much larger and better equipped than the Canadian army.

What % of the US army would be happy to obey an order to invade Canada. At what level if seniority? What justification could be given to sure up the troops?
