Why is the Framework 16 getting left behind? in c/framework@lemmy.ml

My personal gut speculation is they are still exploring possibilities to integrate the Ryzen Max with FW16s without compromising Memory upgradeability. Obviously that was not possible to achieve as easy as they hoped, so the Desktop came first. But I may be totally wrong.

There is an Android version as well

Install LTS kernel
Boot LTS kernel
Check back on regular kernel after next update
