I live on an island in the Mediterranean sea where it's really hot so I shower at least once a day and usually before I go to bed. When I used to live in Manchester I would shower every other day

I found it a bit dodgy when companies use outlook or Gmail instead of their own domains for emailing

No one said that Thunderbird keeps copies of your email. But there are apps that do that and the OP does not want one of them.
