Well the stupid dance ban on Karfreitag is due to "not hurting religious feelings". There are also some movies banned to be screened in the cinema and TV.

They don't shoot themselves in the foot like LibreOffice and ship the Ribbon theme by default.
The default LibreOffice theme sucks if you grew up with MS Office 2007+.
Also it's more easy to get support for it. For LibreOffice you either have to know a vendor offering customisation and support, or have to search for it actively on the Website and then choose one of the 3 vendors going to their Website etc...
In the meantime you've already purchased an OnlyOffice license for your company with cloud services
