The answer is that you type 2 characters to make a heart, which are the less than symbol < and 3, when together make a heart <3 And that's only 2 characters, which is less than 3. So the answer is both the instructions on how to type a heart and the number of characters required to type a heart.
Yeah due to the petrol price increases this month they thought it would go up but looks like that's been cancelled out by other factors.
Thanks to this article I've now discovered that the local practice in my little town is not independent like I had assumed but one of many chains owned by IVC. I've recently had an interaction with them where I suspected they might be pushing for unnecessary procedures while also not being open about the costs. This certainly makes me even more suspicious of them.
