Going straight to “you’re a transphobe” undermines the actual fight when real transphobia occurs and fucks it up for people who are seriously being harmed by actual transphobia. You aren’t helping anything with that. Considering the mechanics of the game, I could see where adding the option could take a lot of work in programming. Maybe it does maybe it doesn’t, but that doesn’t equate to transphobia, you’re just being an asshole.

Support indie developers and artists though if you dug some of the stuff you pirated and have the means. I pirate manga all the time but still like having a lot of the physical copies so I end up doing that a lot even though they’re usually raking in money
