Trump's return gives China a really good shot to be the next superpower in general

The U.S. isn't going to be any serious competition for much longer

It amazes me people even think it matters at this point, like they think this country still has any judicial standards

We voted those out

Of course they did, no good things allowed to happen in this timeline

People don't feel the need to riot or protest or anything, no amount of activism could provide the painful lessons this country needs better than the chaos and ruin the incoming administration will bring

If we survive maybe we can rebuild in the aftermath, but the time to fight is probably over. Country voted for this so why not just sit back and watch the FAFO happen

That's how I've been feeling anyway, probably not the only one

The damage is already done, why worry about image, chances conduct and culture in a country that's got no future either way

He might as well do what he can while he can, none of it is going to matter for long

Sure why not. Couldn't hurt could it?

There's no such thing anymore in a country without judicial standards, Biden's just playing the game by the rules we voted for

If Republicans have a problem with it, they've got nobody to blame but themselves. Personally I hope he goes a lot farther with this stuff, there's not much left to lose

The time to worry about the limits of presidential power was during the supreme court decision on immunity

Now that cats out of the bag, there's no sense in Biden trying to adhere to standards that no longer exist

Any road block they can put in place is a good thing, this guy has no business using the military on his own citizens but that won't stop him from trying

I had it try to automatically upload all the porn on my PC once

Dunno how that happened but they sure as hell made an enemy that day

Conveniently forgetting the fact Trump has literally thousands of pardons lined up for when he gets back in office

How does that saying go? Something like "if they didn't have double standards they'd have no standards at all"

Trump pardoning his son for something would just be another drop in the bucket at this point. No shit storm, probably barely even mentioned. Just another bullet point people would use in their examples of his corruption

Hell he's got thousands of criminals all lined up to be pardoned when he gets his power back, from January 6th rioters to people he broke the law with in his first administration

Don't underestimate how different the standards are between the parties right now, somehow trump became immune to the shit storm, he can do anything he wants and it just gets swept into the pile
