This is all the right hand puppet's fault. I prefer the left hand puppet.

My point is, when we study our preference for right angles, what we're studying is the interpreter. It has quirks.

We have an interpreter in our head. It maps and makes sense of the mysterious whatever. Some of it cultural, some biological. It is vast. There might not even be things and space.

For A problem like this. If I was going to do it with an algorithm I would just place shapes at random locations and orientations a trillion times.

It would be much easier with a discreet tile type system of course

I am not following your reasoning.

A translator and a creator are 2 completely different animals.

To willingly live within a dream is certainly poor behavior.

Give it to me straight

It's part of my mind, or body, or thereabouts.

It's why dreams (and supposedly the afterlife) invariably involve time, space, people etc.

Raw reality is made of vibes or poetry. A song without words. Then the translator adds the words.

I think they refer to addiction to a specific kind of action or mode of existence.

I can't think if a name for it but it's what nazis, atrocity-doers, vampires and mass murderers are doing.

A total indulgence in domination. A total taking from the world. A total divorce from humanity. To lean totally into that and be transformed.

Apparently it's empowering, ecstatic and awful.

Yeah I don't get the philosophical details either. But it's a solid vibe.

Sunshine has a metaphorical role in it too, I think. There's a scene, towards the end, in the hospital. The vampire is exposed to bright daylight. And there's a crucifix on the wall iirc. Something there.
