I think all senate appointments are full. My guess is there will be an election called March 10.

He doesn’t have a seat so I think an election will be called asap so he can get a seat.
The new PM will call an election before giving any party the chance to vote them down.

Backbone? The majority are Trunp sycophants, cravenly fawning over Trump, suggesting bills to put his orange face on Mount Rushmore and the $100 dollar bill. It’s gonna be lifelong for me, even if Trunp himself is gone, the deranged ideology remains. There will eventually be a successor. All the more reason for Canada to decouple, disengage and diversify away from the US, cause at any time a new one could come in and maybe they aren’t as dumb as Trump.
