In the video game KOTOR 2, an early puzzle involves getting a voice recording of a specific dead person speaking their password to unlock a console. The fastest way to do this is by talking to the nearby HK-50 droid, who knows the code and has the ability to synthesize the voice line you need, but is unwilling to speak the code for you. You get him to do it by challenging his ego, ie "I bet you couldn't do it anyway". You record him saying the password in the appropriate voice and use it to unlock the console and proceed through the dungeon.

You can also roundhouse kick the console, blowing it up and skipping the puzzle.

Livewire announcing a new smaller EV with two removable batteries, sounds like they've is peeking at Maeving's homework over in the UK.

Not a bad idea cuz people have been saying for a while that what you need to get new riders on motorcycles is cheap-but-reliable EVs, but damn I hate how it looks. The British manufacturer makes their battery and motor look as clean and cool as a classic single cylinder, while what LW has shown off looks like a mini dirt bike and there's already a hundred electric dirt bikes of both mini and full size variety on the market.

I guess that makes sense from a business perspective, though. "Here's a market segment we're not competing in yet". Hopefully, like they did with the S2, they take this battery and motor arrangement and adopt it to multiple styles, ie by making the next one more of a "street fighter" with road wheels and suspension but the same core drive train.

Still nobody has done what seems to me to be the most obvious thing possible: make a damn sidecar bike and put a second battery under the sidecar!
