I thought he slapped a man for making a joke? I can see why many folks would see little difference, I mean violence is violence, but if we're talking degrees Id rather get doses of slap then punch. Still unacceptable in the situation, however, and I believe what ever issue Will had that night skills have been handled in private.

All that being said, the man has aged and people move on.

Power brick, USB-C cable, external battery, earbud headphones.

Sometimes I also add a folding bluetooth keyboard, mini bluetooth mouse, and USB drives, but that's only when I'm gonna use the Deck as a computer for 3D modeling or typing tasks.

I have nothing against the original, I used it for a few months and it works great. I switched to a different case when I got a different charger and other cords to use with the external battery I added to the 'entourage' for the Deck. The original case didn't have the room for all that, and things like earbuds didn't like to stay in the elastic hollow of the original. Wasn't a big deal, but it was a noticeable change after switching cases.

Buy a nice case for transporting it. I like my JSAUX case, it has alot more storage space then the stock case.

Won't work in the US, A.D.A. compliance would shut it down. Can't expect someone disabled with leg weakness to be able to use that design.

IDK about UK disability law though, anyone there have comments on this?

[Help] Does anyone know how to delete a 'Downloaded' controller config? (ttrpg.network)
 

I had 3 configs I was testing for No Man's Sky, and since the last couple updates the community configs are broken. If I launch the game those configs come up as totally empty of assigned controls. I can switch to a Hello Games config and it works fine. I can't seem to find any way to delete a configuration once it's been downloaded. I was hoping that deleting and re-download would fix the issue.

PSA: Nested Desktop Mode (ttrpg.network)
 

After seeing some folks noticing a comment I made elsewhere in this instance, I thought a full post would be best. For those who don't know, the Steam Deck has a feature called Nested Desktop, which allows fast access to Desktop mode without needing to leave Game Mode or reboot into and out of modes.

To use this, go into desktop mode, open the menu and use the search function to look for "Nested Desktop". Now right click and add that to Steam. When you boot into Game mode, you'll see a new item added called Nested Desktop, which you can open to access desktop mode while still in game mode.

I found out about this almost a week ago and so far I use it most for referencing my digital game guides or searching NMS portal codes while still gaming. It's pretty seamless and really opens up some nice options, like modding a game and being able to boot it faster while having Game mode controls available.

It's disappointing that copyright infringement could cause these people to spend time in prison, but the predatory practices of the companies they where competing with are punished with no more then fines. Assembly Bill A8132 has been assigned a "Same As" bill in the Senate: S8586 [NYSenate.gov] [A8132 - 2023]

I don't own a gun, I never have and I don't plan to at any time in the future. But if these pass in the NYS Senate and Congress, it would be required to submit fingerprints for a background check then wait 15 days, before you could own any "COMPUTER OR COMPUTER-DRIVEN MACHINE OR DEVICE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A THREE-DIMENSIONAL OBJECT FROM A DIGITAL MODEL."

This isn't even going to stop any crimes from happening, for pity sakes regular guns end up in criminal charges all the time, regardless of background check laws. How about some real change and effective measures, rather then virtue-signaling and theater illusion for a constituency?
