I have a complicated history, but long story short, my ex (American citizen) convinced me to move to the States with our children, and when we arrived she sabotaged my greencard application leaving me undocumented. I am trying to get legal status through VAWA, but It's slow.

if I could I would take the kids and return to Europe it would be kidnapping, and if I leave without them, I'll never see them again.

I am living in constant fear of ICE.

I'm just upset that they aren't even trying. it's like the only official tool there is too fight this.
