A reliable IPTV provider is your best bet. Unless you are content with watching things a few hours later, on demand and then Kodi add-ons will be an easier option.

I use an antenna for a lot of it. i use streameast for live sports. if you want more, and get into the IPTV

Rent a seedbox in a friendly jurisdiction. Use it to torrent, download your media to local storage, watch at your leisure even if the internet is out. Fuck streaming.
