Oh hey, didn't think I'd ever see T2 brought up here! This is René Rebe's project. It's similar to Gentoo in that it's source based, so you're going to be compiling everything from scratch, but unlike Gentoo (or at least I think?), T2 is extremely portable and René prouds himself on maintaining patch sets for hardware that no one else wants to maintain, which is cool.
