That's true. The solution would be to end the race to the bottom when it comes to taxes in the EU. There's a reason why Apple and Microsoft pay their taxes in Ireland. Amazon is based in Luxemburg. Starbucks and IKEA in the Netherlands. They make their profits allover the EU and tax them just in the small countries that offer them minimal rates at the expense of everybody.
