That depends on whether this is treated as a state or federal crime. State? Probably never. Federal? I'd give it two weeks.

It would be incredibly ironic if a crazy insurrectionist fought back against "the left" by going after the centrist obstructionists currently failing the party. They should be thanking the fates that in this time of crisis inertia and corruption have saddled is with such losers as Jeffries and Schumer.
