I hope this holds. There have been several such migrations in the past, and they didn't last. Seeing as it is just email and not the entire OS/software landscape, it will probably hold.

MODERATORS
It could also be a good stepping stone for further migrations. I can see why a whole OS and software migration might get rolled back (too much change at once for notoriously old and stuck in their ways German bureaucracy) but maybe email first can be a catalyst for "it's not that scary/difficult" and further steps can follow!
