Is that even a possibility?

Sometimes I think I spend too much time relaxing, particularly in the context of work and obligations to other people. But writing this made me realize its been at least a year since I last cleared my mind enough to truly relax.

Not any more. Every time I relax theres a baseline worry that I should be using this time to do chores that are going undone because im relaxing.

If chores or everything in totality you needed to keep up with in a given week, how could you divide that by 7 and manage just that smaller 1/7^th^ division part per day?

Like what 7 parts can you break that up into to manage that larger reality more comfortably?

Nope, haven't felt relaxed for a long time

Relaxed? What is the meaning of this word? My emotion is a booleam variable that is either depressed or agitated, nothing in between

I always saw it as more of at least a Float if not a Double

When I meditate I relax to the point where I can't feel my body anymore thus I can't feel myself relaxing. In one way, that's too much relaxation.

Do you ever slow-it-down-?-

[โ€“] ByteMe@lemmy.world 2 points 2 days ago

Not often enough. I'm trying, it doesn't always work.

How come? When was the most recent instance?

[โ€“] ByteMe@lemmy.world 1 points 2 days ago

I don't know, a month ago? It's just my mind always races

[โ€“] slazer2au@lemmy.world 3 points 2 days ago
