I've been having issues editing posts. It just hangs and errors out. Making new posts or comments works fine.

Is this an app issue?

I think it's a LW issue. You're not the only one, and it's not related to the app in use.

Turned out to be a CloudFlare issue... Not that I necessarily know what that means! ๐Ÿคช

It is fixed now, and for those that do understand, there are details in this post about the resolution.

Thanks guys!

For me it's impossible to edit on Connect, but on the web too, so most probably nothing to do with Connect.

If you read the error, it says "rate limit timed out". It means you hit the rate limit for doing that action. This has nothing to do with the app.

I thought that was the case originally, but it started happening yesterday, and I can still make as many new posts/comments as I want, so I wasn't sure why there would be a limit on edits or one that lasted so long. I'm sure I made more new things than edits, it would be a bit weird otherwise.

Have you tried other clients? Such as the web UI or Jerboa? It could be that Summit sends duplicates.

If that keeps happening, you'll have to contact the LW admins.

It was broken on the web too.

Admin resolved it now, and it was something with CloudFlare.
