It's insane if Chinese investors are actually going along with this. All it's going to mean is more anti-China propaganda on American's social media feeds. China taking a stance of "non-interference" in regards to foreign propaganda is going to be the death of them.
it isnt a closed deal yet, and they are not selling the crucial tech (algorithms, stuff like that). They are mainly giving the us control of user data and those things

The propaganda doesn’t really matter. If western elite want to clash with China they will make something up. All this does is continue to allow the western brain to rot. Zero attention span, full auto-pilot, divisive behavior from algorithmic pressure. The west is falling, so why would they try and save it?
China should invite them over to come celebrate. I hear they throw mean parties in their courthouses.
