The email proves trump knew Epstein at least as long as Epstein had the island up and running.

The Spectator Index is the name of a popular Twitter account and website run by Abdul-Latif Halimi, a doctor from Melbourne, Australia. Its Twitter account has over 3 million followers. He's received criticism in the past for using false statistics. It's not a publishing agency, it's a single guy with a twitter account.
