So here's some background on how espesically done this raid was.
Those Koreans where there to BUILD THE FACTORY, why? Because all the designs, instructions, etc are all in Korean. Also those Koreans are career professionals, they are engineers essentially, and probably highly compensated. This move was so fucking stupid, them leaving means that factory doesn't get finished on time or even if they'd finish it at all.
They would have been insane to have stayed. Sad, South Korea is a valuable strategic ally and trading partner and this is the way we treat their citizens.
Were happy to have them in Canada
I'm amazed that he is picking fights with not only our best and most important allies (Canada, S Korea, etc) but also with countries we've been trying to court for decades like India. Absolutely incompetent diplomacy. It feels like nothing is off the table when it comes to sacrificing for pandering to the MAGAs.
How many times does it have to be said: TRUMP IS A RUSSIAN PUPPET.
Exam question: Why should non-US companies invest in the US if the company owners, operators, main team and staff could be rounded up with summary conviction and removal?
They shouldn’t, and this lesson is likely to ensure few further companies will.
The South Koreans made the correct decision.
So what wad the purpose of this raid? Steal business secrets?
I'm sure this move made Putin happy. Oddly enough like everything else trump does to dismantle the US form within and isolate us from every ally and trading partner.

Unfortunately, as I hear it, South Korea is also in a bit of a scare
everywhere is. but south korea and brazil have responded the best of anyone. nepal might soon take the top spot, first we have to wait and see if their revolution goes the way of syria's, with internal and external factors exploiting the situation. so far though the nepali people have demonstrated a strong sense of unity that will hopefully help carry them through
I lived in Korea for a very long time, the Korean democracy is significantly stronger then our own democracy.
