Soulseek. Also ask for the rss feed in podcast chats I'm in.
If they have a patreon I found something a couple of times on kemono, it wasn't up to date but it was good enough for what I wanted to check.

I'm looking on behalf of my partner so I'm not 100% sure the podcasts they want are American but they are English for sure.
