Don't stop there. The transition to renewables and electrification could also help, by reducing the import of oil, gas, and coal from Russia.

To practice defending against Russians, the Dutch army destroys nature (to be fair, there isn't any left over space in our small country) so I guess overall nature isn't really benefiting from Russian aggression, but keep up the good work Finland and Poland!

Most nature in our beautiful country is destroyed by farming, which is mostly for export. Maybe we should balance that?

Totally agree, but destroyed by farming was a process that took centuries. Also a lot of farmland was sea, i wouldnt mind keeping it land ;). But yes, lets fix the broken balance.
