They aren't holograms, they're secretly building an army of Ghost Cops. The holograms are just a cover story.

What I want to know is how does it work? Maybe a human silhouette of plexiglass onto which the image is projected? (Kinda like how they do Gorillaz concerts.)

Deter, not fight. This is also equivelent to one of those camera towers with a siren on it in parking lots, which only move crime elsewhere

Can it see us or can we only see it? Is it any different from storage shed rental places having cardboard cutouts of the same security guard every few units? Do people even consider this a deterrent?
