Interesting article on fishing salmon, how to cook them, and why Americans are eating farmed salmon despite most of them were being fished.

I've eaten salmon exactly once since moving from Oregon to Texas a decade ago. And you bet your ass it was Copper River.

Farmed salmon just don't taste the same, and I'm not a fan of the artificial dyes.
