This guy was clearly not all that bright. But he is hilarious, unintentionally.
They trained him wrong, on purpose, as a joke.

When news says "drugs" instead of "weed", I tend to assume there is more to it than just weed.

It basically is in the US... Just can't let too much THCA degrade into ∆9 before you harvest the cannabis. You can buy THCA vapes online and get them shipped to almost every state.
Like 90% or more of the cannabinoids in what we call regular cannabis are THCA anyway.
Selling it to a cop was a worse one.
If you ask them if they're a cop, they have to tell you. It's the law, I've seen it in a documentary.
That's, like, in the Constitution.
