Frequently. I'll type it out, determine it's either not worth the energy to post and deal with, or I'd gotten what I'd needed out of it just by typing and so it's unnecessary to post.
I occasionally write long rants for this very reason. It’s out of the system, there’s now no need to poison others with my bile. *delete*
