Just wanted to share my experience using TrollStore on my iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 16.0.2!). Honestly, it’s the closest thing to that classic jailbreak magic I’ve felt in years — even though TrollStore technically isn’t a jailbreak.
Installation? A breeze. No profiles to revoke, no 7-day cert headaches, no "maybe this works if you’re lucky" kind of vibe.
It reminded me why I loved jailbreaking in the first place — without the part where you spend half your life refreshing Reddit for jailbreak news, juggling developer accounts, deploying/undeploying sketchy stuff, and praying some new exploit drops that might actually work this time.
It’s been nearly 3 years since I touched Trollstore or had to reinstall (updates itself), and still everything just works.
Cloud sync? Working. Notifications? Solid. Tweaks? Smooth.
And shoutout to devs like FouadRaheb (proud Patreon member) and other devs too who are still releasing updated tweaks and keeping the fire alive for TrollStore users.
But I’m starting to get that old, bittersweet feeling again.
With newer iOS versions closing in, and apps like ChatGPT now refusing to install, you can’t help but wonder:
Are we at the end of this beautiful loophole?
Will we ever get something this stable and empowering again?
Anyone else feeling this too?
