The time difference.
In general Indian call centers have about 50/50 men and women employed. There seem to be slightly more men in the scam centers, but there are women there as well. The biggest factor is probably that it's considered taboo for women to work night jobs. And the time difference to where you live mean you don't get many.
That's anecdotal and false though more men yeah.

Usually in India, men go to work and women stay at home as housewifes - so you're far less likely to encounter a woman.
There are female scammers too I've seen them :3
I imagine women with little ambition or options mind find other means of making a living
