What’s happening to lemmy? CA passes a bill to say “no discriminating in schools against judaism or islam” and yalls are running around like chicken little?

I hate the abrahamic religions, but jesus fuck, stop pretending like this law is some assault on free speech. It literally just clarifies existing law.

I came to lemmy to avoid reactionary tumblrinas and brainrot redditors. Wtf.

I don't know, guys. I'm starting to think wsws.org might be politically biased in their reporting.

The D and R are only pretending to fight each other to create the illusion of opposition. They actually have the same agenda, they are two peas in a pod, and it does not matter if you vote for Kang or Kodos, you will get the same outcome in the end. Fascism is the goal, it's not an "oh no we accidentally voted for fascists" situation, they're all fucking fascists funded by billionaires and none of them give the slightest shit about any of us beyond having different ideas of how exactly they're going to take all our money before they kill us.

Every so often, the political representatives of the ruling class let down their masks and act in lockstep, momentarily dispensing with their factional squabbles to make plain the fundamental unity of their class rule.
