Welcome to c/news! Please read the Hexbear Code of Conduct and remember... we're all comrades here.

Rules:

-- PLEASE KEEP POST TITLES INFORMATIVE --

-- Overly editorialized titles, particularly if they link to opinion pieces, may get your post removed. --

-- All posts must include a link to their source. Screenshots are fine IF you include the link in the post body. --

-- If you are citing a twitter post as news please include not just the twitter.com in your links but also nitter.net (or another Nitter instance). There is also a Firefox extension that can redirect Twitter links to a Nitter instance: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libredirect/ or archive them as you would any other reactionary source using e.g. https://archive.today/ . Twitter screenshots still need to be sourced or they will be removed --

-- Mass tagging comm moderators across multiple posts like a broken markov chain bot will result in a comm ban--

-- Repeated consecutive posting of reactionary sources, fake news, misleading / outdated news, false alarms over ghoul deaths, and/or shitposts will result in a comm ban.--

-- Neglecting to use content warnings or NSFW when dealing with disturbing content will be removed until in compliance. Users who are consecutively reported due to failing to use content warnings or NSFW tags when commenting on or posting disturbing content will result in the user being banned. --

-- Using April 1st as an excuse to post fake headlines, like the resurrection of Kissinger while he is still fortunately dead, will result in the poster being thrown in the gamer gulag and be sentenced to play and beat trashy mobile games like 'Raid: Shadow Legends' in order to be rehabilitated back into general society. --

Another problem is choosing a country currently that is at war to service your systems and parts. The contract to deliver the S-400 air defence units is seemingly going ahead despite the number of missiles Russia has burned through defending against Ukrainian counterattacks. And this before we get to how much less effective the S-400 has been in real life compared to the claims.

If India is still buying them, they're obviously happy with their capabilities. The author also seems upset more than anything that Russia can fulfil the order, it's not really worth mentioning the "depleting stockpiles" otherwise.

It's a huge cope.

Yep, while right now the Western imperialists are focusing more on attacking Russia, Iran, and China, we should not forget that they also want to destroy India as well. India is simply too big and powerful for the imperialists' liking. In fact, when you take into account purchasing power parity, India easily has the world's third largest economy. That is why the West already has plots to carve a "Sikh state" out of northwestern India and a "Christian state" out of northeastern India.

The enemy of my enemy is still my enemy, the friend of my friends is also my enemy, my friends are my enemy, literally every country is my enemy, blood for the blood god, skulls for the skull throne

Meh, I think this is just a warning to India that they need to stay within the lines to continue the benefits of being a junior partner to the empire. And given Modi's history, I think they'll probably heed it, even against their own economic interests.

Well that's because their economic interests are secondary to his economic interests

Modi’s been pretty wary of not allying himself with the US and West. India’s relationship to Russia has been rekindled under his administration. *This isn’t an endorsement of his

junior partner to the empire

What? How is India a junior partner to the empire?

Can't let strategy get in the way of my racism obviously.
