Implementing anything that loads external scripts is not allowed under iOS App Store. If this is implemented, it'll not be under the App Store.

With the EU having recently set bounds on Apple as a gatekeeper, Firefox will soon be able to use their own browser engine on iOS and therefore offer extension support.

It'll be a few years though I imagine.
