I just recently finished this one, and The Man Who Erased His Name shortly after that. Apparently I've been sleeping on the Yakuza series, because they're fantastic, and have amazing soundtracks.
Ever since I first heard it a few months ago, it has never left my mind for even a second.

Sadly this great song was tied to a spin-off series killing game.
I feel like Sea Shanty 2 from Old School Runescape is a strong contender. Even if you have never played Runescape there is a good chance you know it.
It's a recent one, but I haven't been able to get Gestral Summer Party out of my head since I first heard it in Expedition 33 last month.
Digger (1980's). It used the Popcorn song and nothing beats the Popcorn song.

Not technically video game music, but it's one of the few tracks in any video game that I went out of my way to find outside of a game.
